Rise & Shine

Wake up with me in this energy building morning class. 

Start with a gentle warm up and then move through some flows to build energy to wake you up for the day ahead. 

Want to just roll out of bed - no worries, I'm often seen practicing this class in my pyjamas so I invite you to do the same!

I invite anyone who is interested in waking up with a smile on their face to attend this class. 

Variation in themes each week

All levels welcomed, suitable for beginners 

Sweat level: Low- Medium

Hosted on ZOOM so you have time to attend AND still get ready to head off to work.

Flamingo Flow

A higher energy flow where we focus on building our connection with our bodies, mind and self. 

Usually practiced during the day or early evening to help ourselves rebalance our energy as we move through our daily lives. 

Depending on the class there may be opportunities for journalling too

All levels welcome, suitable for beginners

Sweat level: Medium

&Relax Wind Down

Gift yourself this regular relaxation class- you deserve it!

A slower practice kicking off with an empowering warm up and moving through slower flows (standing & seated), helping release energy & unwind the body to prepare us for a good nights sleep.

Includes plenty of time for Savasana and depending on the class even a bit of Yoga Nidra.

All levels welcome, suitable for beginners

Sweat level: Low

Hosted either on Zoom or in person at Holy Trinity Church, Wantage

Strength & Tone

A higher energy MUST TRY Yoga class that includes the use of light weights (1kg or 2kg) to add resistance and power to your workout. You can also practice without weights too if you'd prefer.

 

What to expect:

Gentle warm ups to get the body stretched out and moving

Yoga flows that include the use of weights or bodyweight to build strength and endurance

Core strengthening in every class

A slow and long cool down to get you back into your bodies, connect to your breath and prepare you for a lovely relaxation in Savasana

 

This class is perfect for you if:

*You want to start introducing strength training to your wellness routine, but don't want to go to the gym

*You want a small, intimate group to get you started on your strength journey

*You love Yoga and love the idea of introducing something new and different

*You want to feel strong and empowered

*You want a fun community vibe as well as getting a little bit sweaty

1:1 Coaching

Want a little extra TLC? Private sessions are a great opportunity to dive deeper into your Yoga practice, help you with specific challenges or ease you in if you are a beginner. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs. 

1:1's are a key way to building a strong foundation in Yoga whether you are new to the practice or looking to advance your understanding.  

I offer a free 'get to know you' session so we can learn more about each other and I can understand what you want to achieve from your practice. From there, I will then pull together a programme just for you. 

Sessions can be held either online or in Oxfordshire; depending on location and preference.  

Investment: From £45 per session
